Elsie Nerley or Elsie Neiley Palo Verde Tree
Have not found this artist this looks like the California desert in the 1960's
I believe this might be the Victorville or Oak Hills Area
beautiful Desert Tree maybe Smoke Tree or Palo Verde

Yes I have it , Not sure where I got it maybe It was my Mothers. It is for Sale. Have not listed yet , do you have more info on where she was located as an Artist?
